Operations Manager
The candidate's primary responsibility will be to financially track and manage Scuderia Systems' core parts distribution business. This will involve logging and managing all purchase orders, supplier/customer invoices, payments, shipping, sales receipts and organisation of associated paperwork. The secondary responsibility will involve direct customer-facing work to organise and complete orders. At the same time the candidate will be flexible enough to manage administrative work relating to the business interests of the directors.
A formal accountancy background is not required, but numeracy and specifically, numerical accuracy, and organisational ability are essential and will be evidenced in the first instance by any successful candidate. Automotive knowledge and experience are also not required. More important is that the candidate is genuinely outgoing, personable and able to fit into the enthusiastic working envirnoment at Scuderia Systems whilst working very closely with the directors. Finally the successful candidate will be excited to work as part of a growing company in an outstanding role with opportunity to move, with time, to a more managerial position.
Salary: £18k - £22k p/a depending on experience
